The Basics

LHTX uses state of the art equipment and effective core moves to deliver unparalleled results.

The workout

In each 45-minute LHTX class, you'll experience a challenging workout that combines cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility. The movements are slow and controlled to activate slow-twitch, fat-burning muscle fibers. Transitions between exercises are minimal, which makes the workout more effective. Each LHTX class is different so that your muscles stay challenged — and so that you never get bored!

Classes at LHTX are appropriate for adults of all fitness levels and body types.

Is LHTX hard?

Yes, you will be challenged the entirety of the class. We are not pilates and we take pride in our high energy, high calorie burning interpretation of this methodology. You will burn, you will shake, you will sweat (A LOT), but you WILL see results.

How do I find the studio?

We’re located in the heart of Upper Kirby, at 2630 Richmond Avenue 77098. Give us a ring if you have trouble tracking us down. 832.683.6532.

Where should I park?

A big bottle of water and grip socks. If you don’t have any, you can pick some up at the studio before your first class.

Do you offer introductory classes?

We do not offer beginners classes. All our classes are the same throughout the day. Curated to build strength and endurance throughout the week. We have modifications for every move. Our skilled trainers will guide and adjust your form, whether its your 1st or 100th class. If you feel as if you may need extra assistance learning the method we offer private sessions.

How many classes should I take each week?

We recommend 4-6 classes per week to see optimum results. However, especially when you’re first getting into it, listen to your body. Rest and recovery are key for long-lasting changes.

How many people are in each class?

There is a maximum of 11 clients. The small class allows our instructors to keep each client accountable and help with individual needs.

How long is each class?

45 total body burning minutes.
